BetUSA.com grading dispute
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I'm new here.
I placed a bet on the Cardinals for June 19 at BetUSA.com (a member of the Sportsbook.com family) with listed pitchers of Thompson and Elarton. As many of you may be aware, the Cardinals initially changed their minds and designated Kip Wells to start the game, then flip-flopped and went back to Thompson, who did start. In the meantime, my bet on Thompson was graded No Action and BetUSA sent me an email that read, in part:
"If the pitcher change remains in effect, your wager will be no-actioned when the game goes off...If the pitching change is reversed, then your bets will stand as originally made."
I contacted support to get the grading of my wager changed, and received this reply:

Thank you for your email. In baseball, the starting pitcher is an integral member of each team and a major factor in how baseball odds are listed. Any changes in the starting pitcher will result in the wager being no-actioned and the original stake will be credited back to a customer's account.
Please note that it states the following on site.
"Baseball wagers are accepted as "Listed." In the event of a pitching change prior to the game, all wagers on a team are considered "No Action". All wagers will be refunded to the customers account."

Obviously this contradicts the rules they lay out in the email they sent me.
BetJamaica also initially ruled my wager on the Cardinals as No Action, but instantly corrected the grading after I contacted their support team. I hoped BetUSA would do the same, but their customer service team isn't nearly as dedicated.
I've heard that SBR can be helpful in resolving these disputes. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
