Part 1: General Summary and Recent Performance


In Part 1 of the SBR.tv Super Bowl 44 preview, Loshak summarizes the key issues and circumstances surrounding the game, and then the panel discusses the significance of the starkly different ways the two teams have played over the past month and a half. Some see the Saints' recent struggles vs the Colts' impressive excellence in the playoffs as being indicative of a major edge for the Colts, while others see it as possibly conferring line value to the Saints as a result of an overreaction by the betting public. After looking deeper into this game, and confering with associates, I think this is too many points to be giving NO. It is hard to go against The Sheriff, but I think Indy's D is in for a suprise, as they have not seen a offense of this caliber. Another thing I have noticed is Indy has faced two identical teams back to back (NYJ and Bal). Teams with no pass game and the same defensive schemes, NO's D reminds me of a team The Sheriff has had problems with (SD). I see no way Indy's D contains Brees and company, though Payton Manning is my favorite player of all time,and my initial instinct was he will not let them lose I have come to the conclusion the right side is NO. NO moneyline BIG, NO +5 BIGGER, NO team total 26 BIGGEST! By the way, I'm in Miami b!tch

The Superbowl is a joke. Two weeks of talk about a single game? lol How can anyone possibly have a clear view of the game after such an overdose of over-analysis?

One more word about Dwight Freeney's injury, and I might kill somebody. Nobody cares about that stuff during the regular season, but now Sportscenter can't talk about anything else for a week. Even after showing that the Colts numbers are almost identical with or without him.
