Default Would any book let you get to a million balance...

I'm coming into 100K(sold helmet business and inventory) and I want to play football with it.... Just a curious question.... My concern is what if I went on a run how far can I go before I get cut off... How about when it comes to handling payouts on that account and let's say a 300K withdraw was made... Would any book let me get to a million if I were able to do so...? Just tossing questions

    Thanks Ya'll

Sure they'd let you cause they know as long as its just a number they might get it all back.

When it comes to getting paid, that's another story.

Matchbook doesn't care how big your bankroll becomes, because you're not playing against them.
If you turned 100k into 1 mil, that means 2% commission on $900k in won bets for them, or 18k, probably a LOT more (unless you get that without losing once)
Seeing how every $ you won was deposited by someone else, it doesn't matter to them who they pay it out to.

It's not the bankroll that is the problem, it is the action. Sports betting has a low ceiling for investment purposes, compared to real estate and the stock market. So it is important to diversify. There is a place for sports betting, but don't put all your eggs in that basket.

Question I have is if you have an account in the United States, wouldn't a large deposit like that get tracked if you withdrew the money?

I think they may track any deposits over $10,000 but I may be mistaken.

Brought the topic up to stimulate a discussion. By the way, I have been betting for 5 years.

    This post is exactly correct.

Matchbook wouldnt care if you had a million balance at all. You didnt beat them out of the money, you beat other players.

    Go get your million....

Why does it take so long for big books like Sportsbook to payout then?

WHO THE F*CK ARE YOU!!!!? First off I have been betting for almost 20 years.. SECOND I have about 10K in accounts now I am betting with so reality check this....

Thanks to all others for their comments... I probably shouldn't put my returns from my helmets in but I like the first few weeks the most and I plan on coming out firing... I may lose and if so I won't have to worry about having a large balance but if I happen to win I wanted to know what I may be facing since I and others on here have had problems with much much less in books... I will certainly use matchbbok for the bigger bets and have a few other small outs like 5dimes, Greek, and Cris.... That's the plan anyway... I am also thinking that if I had to withdraw a large amount I probably should pay the extra and have say a 200K withdraw (as an example) into 20 10K checks... Any thoughts on that...?

Well, actually, if you did that well, you probably would have beat up their market-makers pretty badly, and if they lose their market-makers, they've got problems.

Many people have more than a million in their Betfair account.

I think nobody in another sportsbook

On smaller college football and basketball games, their "market makers" are putting up the cash, so your statement is not entirely correct.

If one were to bet smaller college football and basketball games, and make a million, there will likely be a problem for them at Matchbook.

It all depends on the sports one bets. Higher volume sports they can bet all they want. Lower volume sports are supported by market makers.

Someone please tell me if this is incorrect.

I don't believe there is a bookie that will refuse to take your 100K but for withdrawal I would trust only Betfair

    note to self:

Get better at getting the points of statements. Make list of people who are good at it, find out if they can offer any help (would approaching RickySteve about this cause too many waves?). Also: When not getting what people are saying, will they often react positively that I "played" anyway, or was this just anomalous? Look into.

Matchbook will pay you your balance. Period.

If its 5 bucks or 5 million, matchbook will pay you.

Pinnacle, Matchbook and BetFair will let you bet and win unlimited amounts of money with no problems at all, and there are a number of others that will also so long as you don't do certain things they don't like.

Well let's have the list of things they don't like so I don't do those because I am giving this a shot.. F*UCK IT... I am assuming if I have a bank account outside the US then bank wires for a few hundred K is nothing... We'll see how this goes...

To save making another thread, if it's indicated a sportsbook has no "limit collar," they won't limit your wagers if you're consistently beating them? If so, is there a quick way to find out on this site who else doesn't limit professional wagering outside of the top reviews, or I'd have to go to each site separately? Thanks.
