Anybody have any info on this stock? It is at .21 right not but there a court ruling coming out Friday. If the ruling goes in favor of the shareholders then you could get alot of money for your shares. I just opened an account so I only have 1700 shares. Thinking about buying more before Friday.

WAMU now owned by Chase, and I dont think the shareholders will get anything because if Chase hadnt come to the rescue WAMU was finished.

So the majority of WAMU value is staying with Chase, and whatever id given to the shareholders must be divided by all shareholders and then that what the stock will be worth. Probably less than 21 cents.

Usually in these situations, the rullings fall 99.99999999% against the shareholders. Of course I don't know anything about this stock, but I wouldn't hang my fortune on a court rulling.

I only own 1725 shares. If I lose, it is not a big deal. There is a huge following for this stock. Go to investorhub.com and they have a huge following of investors. Alot of them believe this thing could settle at $10-$20 a share. WAMPQ was as low as $3 a share and went all the way up to $101 but like you said I think that was the preferred shares. I may pick up another 1000 shares tomorrow but I'm just getting started in this stock world. I just opened an account last Thursday but the stock market gives me that rush just like gambling does..... I love that feeling.

That is why there are so many shares trading right now. On Friday they are going to determine what is going to happen to 4.4 billion. I'm no expert but I'm buying and if I lose no big deal to me. Stock update! I ended up investing $1500 total and I own 5400 shares. I bought in at .19,.21 and .24. Today the stock closed at .548 putting me ahead by more than double. There a huge ruling coming down Friday which could put this stock through the roof. My fellow SBR penny investors may want jump aboard with me with a small play.
