I have had a PERFECT relationship w/ them and EBAY. Have 104 rating all perfect and 1 bad item sells and they freeze my fukking account for 3 months.

I cannot send or receive money on paypal for 6 fukking months and I have over 2,000 in my account.

My bank is still at negative and now I can't help that situation out b/c paypal froze my account so I cannot transfer funds.

I bitched a women out on the phone today, she couldn't even say sorry, she was shocked that I was saying the stuff to her.

She just sat there and didn't know what to say, at the end she basically was like, try again in 180 days.

I plan on calling them every day for next 180 days and bitching them out daily.

I sold a few of those Cartier Watches and of the 3 we sold, 1 person complained after about a week and a half. They wanted a refund, but I wouldn't allow it. I only offered a 3 day refund period, not whenever the fukk they wanted it.

SO, I challenged the refund on paypal and then they asked me for tracking numbers and retail buyer and all that info. I gave them all the tracking numbers, and I called them everyday explaining the story. They favored in side of the women,

FINE, take out $910 from paypal and give her the refund

but then they didn't take it from my paypal but in fact my bank account b/c of the limited activity for my account.

The bank declines it and my paypal declines....so the women I think is getting nothing and I bitched her out a few times in email. I told her to wait, but she got greedy.

So basically I have 2000 in paypal frozen for a while, I cannot sell anything anymore b/c I don't get money through paypal.

I guess maybe its fine...6 months later, I'm 2000 richer I guess

But still now I have to worry about negative balance in abnk

UPDATE....Bank declined first offer, so now I have money back in bank, they will try again it says on my PAYPAL account to do refund on 2/17/10...so I'm taking some money out now to have some cash on me.

2. I sold 6 watches in total and only had problems w/ this 1, so this person is either bullshitting me, which is why I tried to fight the case, or everyone else who bought these watches are stupid. Either way, I have already made more than $1400 on this. I already w/drew that money.

Now, I'm sitting w/ $2,000 from selling 3 more watches, but after the $910, I will still be making $1100+

The only real issue is the fact that they continue to go after my bank and it will still decline. The lady will end up getting fukked having to wait a while for this money. My paypal is frozen due to that suspecious activity for 180 days,

Sux for her. I told her to wait for 2 days to get her money, b/c I had only $400 in paypal and I would give her refund once the last 2 watches sold and I had more money. She got greedy, and put in complaint that night and this is what happened.

Where did you get these watches? How do you know they are legit? You know you can get in a boat load of trouble for selling counterfeit retail goods in NY right?

Also, yes PayPal and Ebay are total buyers markets its bogus. The seller has little/no rights and it pisses me off. I have tried to quit but it is really one of the best marketplaces to sell random stuff (electronics and tickets and stuff can sell on Clist w/ no crazy fees).

Sammy, no offense, but if you wrote your e-mail to her in the same manner that you post, without proper grammar or syntax for the most part, that I would've instantly filed a claim against you too. You can't expect people to take you seriously or trust you at face value if you can't write properly. On the internet, our words are our first impressions, and it's understandable that she wouldn't feel comfortable giving you extra time to refund the money if you didn't write her a proper letter in good English.

Is she getting to keep the watch too this way?
