    Default betonusa

Any recent complaints about this shop? I had the opportunity to spend a day with them in montreal.

It's important to read the rules when signing up. I think they are solid. We shall see

SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) slow-paying customer owed $4,700. The player’s first payout request was in the form of a check that had bounced. The player is also waiting for a Neteller payout for over a week. BetonUSA complaints have been on the rise since the start of football season. The book has refused to pay bettors who have won funds from promotional accounts. A player who deposited $1,000 is being stiffed $1,500 in football winnings.

Based on bigboydan's post I'd say that betonusa would fit in excellently with the other books on your site, AK.

Nothing nice when you search the SBR archives:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sear...te&Submit=Home

Including a classic bit of customer service:

Damia: Welcome to customer service, how can I help you?
you: Hello, I made a withdrawl on Sept 30 (check withdrawal) what's the usual time frame for this?
Damia: Can I have your fullname and user name please?
    you: username.....*********
Damia: what amount are you inquiring about?
    you: 200 on the 30th
you: 100 on the 1st of oct
Damia: that was sent out on the 7th, so it takes 7 to 10 business days 9not including weekends)
you: really, seems like a long time...I thought they would be processed in 2 days >?
you: 7 to 10 days from the 7th?
    Damia: yes
you: hmmm....other books are much faster, my mistake I guess....thanx
Damia: take your business elsewhere if you're not satisfied
    you: wow
Damia: your contribution won't make or break this company
    you: nice attitude there...lol
    Damia: welcome
you: I;ll post this chat session on my gambling forums
    Damia: go ahead
    Damia: be my guest
Damia: Is there anything else I can help you with?

John you know financially they are a top 5

    You know this buddy.
People dont follow rules plain and simple.

If you want a bonus and rules say 9X you do 9X not 3 and complain about it.

Pretty sad top 5 there AK. Even you can do better.

WSEX? Greek? Canbet? 5dimes? These are all better options than "Betonusa". Richcoast is new and unproven.

Beware rogue books and rogue shills.

Some may not because we have had alot of new signups over the past few weeks.

SBR encourages players to only play at books rated B and higher.

Quite right - people know exactly what you're talking about. You're pimping sub-standard books for your own financial gain. I don't think anyone here is in any doubt of that.

AK, is Damia still there? Does it still take "7 to 10 business days" to get a payout?

Default Bill Dozer reports on BetOnUSA

SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetOnUSA(SBR rating D-) offering to Fedex new checks to players whose initial check has bounced. Players must fax the first check to BetonUSA at 1-416-850-9602 and then confirm it was received by calling customer service at 1-866-238-6687. Over 100 players from BetonUSA, as well as clients with other sportsbooks have been affected by this check processor issue. BetonUSA is now using citcom\**\{primapin to process payouts by check.

How kind of BetonUSA to offer to send out real checks (hopefully) as compensation for the fake checks they sent out earlier!

One of the owners told me he is out $500,000 and just has to hope the processor recredits their merchant account. Millennium also had a check issue but they recredited player accounts right away.

This isn't the first time the books took a hit for their processor. A lot of sportsbooks lost a lot of bread when PayManager went down and there was the infamous Securebuxx.
