I don't like them, they will try to inquire of your business doings and ask for info such as social security card. I have not used them since. Moneybookers is just fine with me, good day

Nope, but you gotta treat and communicate with them very very softly and gently in order to survive for a long time.

I sold something on ebay, shipped it immediately and gave the buyer the USPS tracking no, which showed it shipped. USPS kind of messed up and it took a while to be delivered (mind you, I shipped media mail, as I said I would in my listing -- which is USPS's slowest service.) Anyway, in the meantime, before it was delivered, the buyer complains to paypal that they didn't receive the item, and PayPal immediately finds in their favor despite the fact that I supplied a tracking number showing it shipped. Buyer gets full refund. Item is delivered a few days later, I appeal (and win), but PayPal policy is that buyer gets to keep the money and the item, despite the fact that I won the appeal, because at the time of their original decision the item hadn't been delivered yet. WTF??? Needless to say the buyer didn't pay up.

Well first off you accepted the dispute too soon. Whenever someone puts a dispute with paypal about a transaction, you have up to 20 days to fix the issue yourself or just wait it out since the item was not delivered. After that paypal reps will look over the issue to see whats going on. Unless your item literally took 3-4 weeks to deliver, that sucks.

my account is limited and when I tried to pay someone it took it straight from my checking account causing me to have NEGATIVE 688 in my bank account, when I have more than enough money to back it on paypal.

I cannot put money from paypal back to bank account or on paypal card b/c my access is limited

Yeah, just looking back over the history now.. Looks like the buyer raised the dispute about 19 days after payment and escalated it 2 days later. Then it was delivered a few days after that. So it did take like 3.5 weeks to be delivered. Which does suck, and USPS did apologize to me, but what can you do... Media Mail is nice because it's cheap (I was shipping a DVD boxed set), but you are leaving yourself open to problems if it does end up being really slow and you get a crazy-all-caps-old-lady buyer like I did. I offered that she could send it back for a full refund once she did receive it, but the seller apparently has no leverage in this instance.

From now on I may always stick to faster / more reliable shipping methods to avoid these headaches.

Both ebay and paypal will always side with the buyer regardless of how ridiculous the claim is.

There is one way to guarantee you are safe as a seller. It's called the "Intangible Clause".
