    Default Betjamaica question? seems sucipious?

    I just signed up and I called customer service. They asked for my account number which was okay and routine for customer service anywhere but then the lady asked for my password which I gave her. Now i am a little worried about depositing. Do they always ask for a players password?

    it's completely normal. i suggest sending bill d or sbrjohn a message and ask to remove this post as the thread makes betjm look bad.

    Is this the 1st sporstbook you have ever called?? They always ask for ID and PW...how would they know its you??

    Never played there...they just ask for ID and no PW. So if I knew your ID I could wager in your account. Seems like one is asking for trouble if thats all you need to gain access...JMO
