    Anyone use them recently? I did during college FB and never had any problems. I always experienced good customer service and received two large payout checks in a few days after request. I see a 'D' rating and wonder if they have gone downhill since last year.

    First off, Let me welcome you to the SBR forum

    There part of Little Nasa and one of there books (BetUS) has been having issues recently. Might I'd recommend to you to use books like BetJM, WSEX, or 5Dimes. Hell... I'd recommend those books even if the banners were not flying above this thread, because there rock solid problem free type books.

    had to wait 2 months for a payout 2 months ago for 10k wire. it was hurried up only because of the help here. They give you the BS delay excuses just like the rest of the books I've heard on here.

    I am playing with them right now. I am waiting for 4 payouts, all requested in the last two weeks, they have been honest with me from the beginning about payout times and there customer service has been solid, an account rep has been in touch with me with regard to my pending payouts. and has actually called me to update the status. I will let you know how it turns out.

    Money for first withdrawal request has been removed from my account and is on its way. I will update when I receive, so far they have done everything within the time frame I was quoted.

    Received withdrawal request from May 31st yesterday ($1900.00). Betreduction said I would receive it within 3-4 weeks and I did.

    Received two checks from betreduction today, one for $3,000 and the other for $2700.00. I am all payed up, they called and e-mailed me updates throughout the entire process and were frank about their processing situation.
