So alright I haven't paid back the money that I owe to Credit Wagering. I have paid them back once before and have been paid out to twice. But I just think its amusing that they call me and leave me voicemails harassing me and threatening me and my family all the time. If they were true professionals i'm pretty sure they wouldn't be doing that.

Last night they called and I decided to finally answer a call rather than letting it go to voicemail. And I joked around with the guy saying that i'd pay him 10 bucks a month until my debts are gone. The guy was trying to be nice to me or something because he was laughing everything off. I also called their so called international collection agency a joke.

So I get off of the phone with him and then about a half an hour later he calls me and I didn't realize it and he leaves me a voicemail saying that I screwed up and shouldn't have ever screwed around with him. He said that I am going to receive a "visit" now whatever the hell thats supposed to mean. He continues to act like a real tough guy and then says that my mother is going to pay him back with blow jobs until my debt is gone. This is the part that is really screwed up.

I'm not even sure what to do about this threat but to just continue to call his bluff because I think a true business who wants their money wouldn't continue to threaten me consistently like this. I know I should have just paid them from the get go but when I lost the money I was going through quite a rough patch and couldn't afford to pay them back right away. Then the threats started.

What would you guys do in this situation?

Yeah that wasn't the advice I was really looking for. They've just gone too far with this threat. I wish someone could explain to me what this whole collection agency is because i'm really considering just saying screw them and never paying them back. They're a joke if they're gonna try and pull this stuff. I'm pretty sure they just use scare tactics to try and get their money.

It has nothing to do with how you feel about CW or whether or not you're ever going to use them again. You played at their book and have cashed twice. Then you owed them money and ran. Just do the right thing and pay the money you owe and then move on from this ridiculous situation.

Their threats are probably empty but you should not allowed the situation to get this far. If you need credit to gamble, you should not be gambling. If you did not need credit you should have paid your debts.

Why not save the voicemail and get the police involved? I'm not sure I believe you because that would be the first thing to consider if you are really fearful or worried

i dont care who it is ,anybody who threatens my mother on something i did,i will beat him until he turns blue,no matter what happened your mothers not responsible and if he says she is,is lying to your face.tell him to come and see you and when he does beat him until he turns blue and then pull his tongue out and beat him with it

People like you end up being stats on some police blotter. Just pay them, if you can, which looks rather doubtful now. If not, do not expect someone to ring your door bell and politely ask for their money. If they really want to push this, I would not park my car outdoors if I were you. I would also make sure my health insurance was paid up. While their threats may not add up to nothing, if their collection agency is like some that I know of, your immediate health is really not worth much. People like you deserve what you get. Welchers are the worst kind of gambler.

Yeah, it's almost as simple a concept as "If you owe people money, pay them the money" or "If you dont have any money, do not gamble"

This is insane! They can not say these things to you legally no matter if you owe them $1 or $100,000...I don't recall the federal government saying this is a tactic they could use. Debt collectors must follow guidelines. Still, in the end, it is best to pay your debt .

You should turn that voicemail tape over to the police. Personally I think this post is full of B.S. Turning the tape over would be good for the entire gambling community. If you care about the gambling community as a whole you should do the right then and turn them in
