I placed a withdrawal on 5/28 and it still hasn't been sent out. I'm moving July 1st and am hoping that it comes prior to me moving. Has anyone received a check from them for a May withdrawal? Just trying to get some sort of estimate since their customer service continues to give me the run around.

yo michael...did u get ur email stating it was sent??..or did u just get the package via dhl..with no emails confirming sent..just curious as my last wd i got..took 2 weeks..2200..i just requested one on 6/3..still has not been processed...now my 2200..even after it was sent..all the folks there swore up and down it was still in process que and not sent yet..only 1 person was able to find that it was "sent"...i'm curious if this is the case..or it's just still in processing...

no email was ever sent to me saying that the check was sent,the dhl guy just showed up with it this morning,i still am in a state of shock that it came

I'll have to keep my fingers crossed as it only took 2 weeks last time. Well another question..did you ever inquire about it with the CS reps???...as i said, only one cs rep was able to actually find that indeed my check was sent on my last WD...the rest kept saying...it was still being processed..I know it's wishful thinking that this is the case again..but w/all their troubles..i'm sure they're actually telling the truth this time...

i never called,figured it did not matter much what they said as it seems they give different stories eveytime people call,hang in there uncle,i think you will get paid eventually
