But I tried their live chat at different timing several times a day for the past couple of days. There is no live chat support staff available all the time. Dead links and livechats that are NEVER live are good signs to stay away. Common sense tells us that if they don't take care of their site, why would they take care of the customers it brings in?? Thanks for the feedback! |
