Default Is There An SBR Recommended Sportsbook You Won't Play At?

Is there a sportsbook on SBR's Recommended List that you won't play at? If so, why?

Personally, I'd never play at Bet365. It just seems like they're a book that is completely against players winning by drastically cutting limits and taking on very little risk. I'm not impressed with their website or software either.

VIP and their clones also come off as not being "winner friendly", but I like their website and software and I've heard good things about their payouts and the like.

Senator ... Im suprised you dont like bet365s software. Of all the European books its is by far the easiest to navigate, etc.

The limit cutting is very bad though I agree.

I Agree With Senator Bet365 Is The One Recommended Sportsbook I Would
Stay Away From. Also I Dont Like 5 Dimes There Rules Are Complex And
    They Do That On Purpose.

    Pags,

Do you know why some books don't allow Nevada players to have bonuses?

I played at WWTS once, until they kept sending out spam mail. I won't ever play at wwts ever again.

I don't think I would play at Bet365 even if they hadn't cut my limits. A few years ago they had quite a few good, opinionated lines on everything from NHL to NFL props to NAscar match-ups to tennis set betting to boxing. If they had restricted me back then I would have felt like I was really missing out.

But they kept getting more and more square and by the time they restricted me, I was barely finding any bets there anyway. Unless anything has changed, I wouldn't bother with them now even if I could.

Mudcat .. cant comment for US sports but for soccer they compete with Pinnacle for the odds but have more plays and none of the withdrawal hassles.

If you want square Euro books there are countless ones, im not sure they are one of them though.

i can deal with limits being cut but when companies deal different lines to people i draw the line. so bodog and bowmans will never see a nickel from me and i stopped playing at cris when i couldnt get the line offered from the line services.

having those 3 on the live lines is a waste of space for me as i cant get those numbers. someone the other day said check out the cris lines on sbr as they are taking a positon on a game and that info is false

the book that has the shapest number in my opinion is cascade and they arent even up there and that says alot.

Just my opinion but I think Bodog has the worst lines, and betting options out of any A SBR rated book.

That must excellent customer service or something.

During baseball the ones with 20 cent lines are hard to stay with. Ill play at any book that pays...problem is you can only wath so many so got to look at the ones offering a special to have best odds of gettin good deals.

Bill, the only thing VIP told me is that there were an unordinary number of "bonus abusers" from Nevada...now I am all new to this stuff, I just cap games and make money that way...so, I didn't divulge further after they told me that...I'd love to know more about this...still bitter 'cause they didn't do a good job informing me via email or anything...I had to find out about it on my own after losing my intial deposit bonus and two referral bonuses...

What happens is that you get profiled by your betting patterns. Guys that are normally on the same side as the public will get their lines according to the way that the public bets while others will get a line close to the consensus.

Example- The public is going to be on Minn and Philly in the NFL this week. If you check a line service you will see that BoDog's lines are a 1/2 point higher than most. Now if you log in you may see a different line that's the same as most other books.

I wouldn't play with Olympic. I said during the F1 racing controversy (Michelin bailing out) that, if anything, Oly should use this as experience and add or modify their rules, specifying a number or % of starting cars to make the wagers valid. As of today, no changes have been made to their rules. Which tells me that, in future grading, whether it be 8 cars starting or 10 or 14, they pretty much will arbitrarily decide based on 'we reserve the right..' rule.

I already disagreed with their decision of voiding all bets considering that they had substantially lowered the odds on the non-Michelin cars before the start of the race, which means they were aware of the situation and were still willing to take action. But failing to modify their rules after this event convinces me that my wagers are not safe at this book.

    The complete list is:

    Pinnacle
    CRIS
    VIP Sports
    Olympic
    BetWWTS
    BetJamaica
    Hollywood107
    BoDog
    FiveDimes
    WSEX
    Bowmans
    Diamond Int

    I would never play at:

CRIS (put me back on the loyalty program and restore normal account limits and I would use them)

    VIP (NEVER!)

BetWWTS (What are they doing on a recommended list??)

    Bet365

Hollywood107 (don't like their 1 minute to confirm a bet - if they want to the bet that is)

    BoDog

FiveDimes (get Netwriter back and I would probably use them..)

    Bowmans

Diamond Intl (restore normal betting limits and I would use them)

I will not play at any book that still presses -10 out across the board.

agreed...which is why I'm finishing up my rollover requirements with wwts...if they have -110, they should at least have a 10% re-load bonus with no more than a three times rollover...
