Part 1: Christmas in February for the Pros


In Part 1 of their Super Bowl prop betting interview, Loshak and Justin7 discuss the value that exists with Super Bowl props, and the first things that Justin does to prepare to bet prop lines when they come out. Then they get into betting strategies, and Justin explains a bit how he and his associates can bet huge amounts on Super Bowl props without a risk of going bust.





Part 2: Value for non-Pros


In Part 2, Loshak and Justin get into how prop lines move and why, and where and when the optimal times to look for value are. Then Justin gives a few pieces of advice on smart Super Bowl prop betting for non-professionals and bettors with more modest bankrolls.

Very interesting video, I don't have the bank roll or assets to really benefit from this but I still found it very interesting. I'll be interested to see what kind of props the Australian Books release as they often offer ones that the offshore books don't.

The big-hitting pros don't bother with props. It's a grind to bet props - if your bank is over a million, you'll find other things to do.

There will always be value in props. You'll have to pay more attention to when books come out, but it's out there.

damn, guess i should rethink my prop approach. usually stick to +100 or better than i believe have at least a 50/50 shot of cashing.

really relate to the being a fan part. watching the Steelers go to the SB LY, i noticed in the playoffs no team could cover Holmes. He was +500 or so for MVP everywhere i looked, but then on game day, Bookmaker listed him at +1800. I only put $20 on it, and also took $20 on Rothleisberger at whatever shit odds QBs usually get.

maybe i was just a lucky square last year, but i placed about 25 prop bets, went something like 11-14 and made some money. still have my sheet, will try to find even though no one really cares.

to make a long post longer, Justin have you looked into a Punt for a Touchback. i usually ignore props where i have to lay high odds, but i played that one several times this post-season and hit everyone of them. i look at the O/U for punts for the game, what surface game is played on and make a decision from there.

and i normally play first turnover a fumble every game. usually about +130 or so, except that NFC Championship game it was -200 or something, weird, so i laid off it.

finally, i think this SB will be difficult just because of the teams involved. the Colts have 2 1,000 yard WRs, but also 5 players with at least 47 rec or more this year. Colston was the only Saint over 1,000 yards, but that was only on 70 rec. and the team has 7 players, 7 fukking players, with at least 35 or more. it's crazy. maybe some value then in the lesser known players.

Fair price is about -420. The fair market value of this ticket should be closer to 8200, not 4800. Of course, the value is only as good as my estimate, but there aren't likely to be many punts in this game.... And not many in the touchback range.

searched high and low and cannot find a prop for either total punts or sacks. i imagine by the time i can bet under on sacks any crumb of value will be long gone.

does that ticket say mcaffe no TB for -240?

low punt total i imagine, game on grass and the constant potential for rain that is miami to soften the track even more.
