    Default What do you think of the olympics?

    Saw the torch pass through Kelowna, BC this morning, was definitely an exciting experience.


    But as far as betting goes what do you think of the olympics? Are they a good chance to make money or lose money?

    I will watch some hockey and maybe some of those ice dancers with their skimpy outfits but other than that.....i could care less.

    I bet it because it is no fun to watch unless I do

    I like the misc sports and weird hours of the day as gap fillers too

    only comes around once every few years

    Is this winter or summer games?..Where is it?

    love em. I want sports to be on my TV 24 hours a day. Don't care if it's beaver wrestling. Make it an Olympic sport and get it on there at 3:15 am. Plus US kicks enough ass to make it interesting

    I have lost interest in the Olympics over the years because of the way they have been covered. Little or no live coverage in the US, just a bunch of packaged crap during prime time. The end of the cold war kinda took some of the steam out of it as well. Maybe if the Middle Eastern countries get better at sports?

    Well i think there will be a lot more live coverage of this year's olympics due to the fact that it is in Vancouver but I agree for the most part with Smitch.

    They want the big stuff in prime time so they'll probably pull their old trick of live on the East Coast while the West Coast gets ****ed over.

    I heard they are changing the name of the 2010 Winter Olympics.



    Because of the lack of snow and warm temperatures they are changing it to the Summer Olympics
