Some of the licensees elected to do their own accounting. It's usually the more active sites that go this route and want to make sure FB doesn't undue what their marketing efforts accomplished. It's also possible they are playing with words... Futurebet is the software, playersupport is the CS, DGN is the network and Igaming does the payouts etc.

If they offer the payout methods listed at the bottom of the site, which are all the ones Futurebet lists (see http://sportsbookusa.com), it's a good bet that FB does the accounting too.

sportsbookusa.com and thenutz.com have the same deposit methods, so it means that thenutz.com is part of the Futurebet list.

If i write a complaint to the Digital Gaming Network and Igaming, do you think it will help my case?

Those graphics could be part of the website and not apply. We don't have any info on this particular brand because it's a poker site. My advice would be to pursue the normal payout and give them a chance to make good or at least show you there is progress. If not, email us your account ID so we can inquire with DGN.
