That depends on what type of gambler Tsop is, a gambler will pay back then play or pay back a bit while using a bit to play with.

While a true degenerate gambler must first play looking to make a hit before making any attempt to pay back his debts, and in most cases will need to make about 4K before a debt of $1,300 is paid back, this way he feels no pain in paying.
