the "pending" withdrawal transaction I had from Jan. 16 was finally declined and the amount was credited back into my account. thoughts?

It's encouraging and supports their "plan" to allow users to request their funds again during the designated period. But again, we can't read anything into the little stuff as long as they are saying it all depends on the Attorney's Office.

I'm going out on a limb, but...I predict we'll have our money from Neteller before NFL regular season kicks off.
I agree that it seems positive... like their gearing up to put you in a position to withdraw funds as discussed. Can't wait- maybe they'll get it done by the 7/13 date they mentioned.
