Are there any books left? I use to use my BkofAma Debit but now they have blocked gaming. I hate ** because of the fees on withdrawals and checks take too long. So I'm looking for a decent book if any left that take E-Checks from US Customers.

use pre paid gift cards instead and just go to the book you like and ask which ones work.
