but as far as I am concerned, this website is considerably better than when I was here last. I hated all that racist shit. Hated it cuz it is hurtful and not one positive thing comes from it. Only blacks claim racism when things aren't going their way or to get what they want. And, the white folks here in the U.S are allowing that to happen. If you are living in another country thinking that you can use the overused term "racism" to get what you want in life, they will kick you out immediately out of the country or will repress your life to a living piece of sh*t. Try doing that in Asia or some parts of Europe.

To me, racism is more of a reality check. If your group of people aren't doing well or progressing in certain areas of life, get it together and work on it.

The way I understand it Nina is that Profit is, at present, learning about the process of soaking chicken and not yet actually......soaking any chicken.

Me I inject a chicken with a Marinade Injector, I use at present Tony Chachere's Butter something or other...it was in a clearance section for a dollar but still sells elsewhere for about $4.49...so I got, like, 6 bottles. I'm a compulsive shopper especially vulnerable to "Clearance" sections but I do OK I think. It comes with an injector, the Chachere's, not a fancy injector of course. I add Lemon Pepper and fresh habanero peppers to The Chachere's. Habaneros are difficult though because they clog up the injector . As did dried red peppers (really even worse) so I don't try those through the injector any more.

I've tried of course as a guy will to FORCE the above through an injector which literally then exploded all over the wall. and the roof and the floor. and me and others. and the cat. The cat was the MOST displeased of all....by this occurrence.

Injecting in addition to soaking of course. I probably should do more on the grill but since getting a Ronco Rottisserie Oven, the chickens come out good enough for me. Quite good really.

I'd recommend you get one of these Showtime Rotisseries...try Craigslist.
