Hello!

An interesting story happened with a friend of mine, it didn't cost him a pence, just it's a strange way to handle customers...

My friend wrote an email to Nordicbet, asking to raise his (very restricted) betting limit, and mentioning, that with this betting limit, he cannot and won't use Nordicbet in the future, as this (low) limit is not enough for him to make those bets he wants.

The reply was:

Hi XY,

Your account is closed.

Have a nice day.

When I heard about this, I noticed, that Nordicbet is not the betting office I want to use in the future....

But at least with Expekt the limiting process until closure of accounts lasts a little bit longer...

Yes, Nordicbet pays, no question....but limits very aggressively and with this kind of customer handling, they will lose many customers soon

I think this might be their marketing strategy, soemtimes they offer extremely crazy high odds, on the other hand, they restrict as much as they can to keep profits. So do Bet$3.65, Expekt.

They simply dont want players that are sharp. They have all the right to refuse any player they want.

Nordicbet cancels 1-2 of my bets in one month. They don't even bother to send an e-mail of their actions and i it's nice to go to "My account" when I don't know wheather there's cancalled bets or not.

Wow! You're betting into at least 2 bad lines per month and your account is still open? You should be happy they still take any of your action.
