Somebody knows this book?
They have license in Malta, I had a very bad experience with Playbanks (with license in Malta also), I tried to contact with Lottery and Gaming from Malta (www.lga.org.mt) but nobody answer.

I have heard of them, but never played with them. I believe they have been around since 2004. They do use the Proprietary software I think, but thats about all I really know about them really though.

Only good experiences here. Always had my winnings credited back to my CC in a normal time (1 or 2 days). They have a live-chat too.
And despite the Playbanks-issue, Maltese bookies are genrerally to be trusted for sure.
LGA are indeed hard to contact, if you ever need something from them, you should contact www.bookmakersreview.com and they will contact LGA on your behalf.

I'm not really worry for Betchance or Playbanks, my worries are for LGA...
If I have a problem with some of maltian bookmaker, I can contact to LGA and I "suppose" that they should answer me... But, at least my experience with Playbanks is LGA doesn't answer e-mails.
I sent more than ten e-mails to LGA, and I only received automatic responses that they are "investigating".
If this is the service can defend customers against scammers bookmakers, bad, very bad deal.![]()

Concerning Betchance I think it is (as always) an alarming warning sign if a bookmaker starts to slow pay. Often such books will get even bigger problems in future, therefore better keep your balance low.

BetChance (SBR rating D-) Update
The sportsbook has sent an email to players apologizing for "delayed payments and non availability of online chat during last few weeks" and states that a deal with new investors is in the works and should be finalized soon. Players hold out hope that the book will be able to regroup although long-time SBR readers realize that when a book admits it is looking to investors it is often too late to recover funds and may be a sign that the book is shifting blame to anonymous principals. Hundreds of BetChance complaints have flooded the SBR mailbox within the past two months. The most recent example of a book failing to obtain new investors is Premierbet (SBR rating D-) which is in no-pay mode and also leaving players fearing the worst. If BetChance is fortunate enough to receive new funding, players would be best served to continue to aggressively pursue their full balance.
