If you play at DSI, and are still in the loyalty program, can you check and see whether your wagers for the past 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) have been credited with the appropriate amount of loyalty points ?

I received no loyalty points for my Monday bets ... I received half of the loyalty points that I should have received for my Tuesday bets .. and received no loyalty points for my Wednesday bets.

I am a bit worried (heaven forbid) that they cut me off of the loyalty program. However, they had a system upgrade Monday night / Tuesday morning, so maybe that had something to do with the problem. I also don't know why they would have given me any loyalty points for my Tuesday bets if I've been cut off the program.

Anyhow, it would be good to know if this problem is something specific to my account, or if this has also happened to other DSI players.

Actually, I've noticed the same thing the last few days over at Cris. Just figured after several years as a customer, the end of the road had arrived as far as the LP.....

Was actually going to ask this question myself. Last 3 days haven't had any loyalty points added to my BetCris account either and was wondering if it was my account specifically, the demise of the program, or something to do with an upgrade or such.

This is probably good news, since it likely means that this is happening to everyone, and not just to a few specific accounts. Hopefully, they're not stopping the loyalty points program altogether.

i have not gotten any loyalty points from dsi or bookmakers past few days. But cashed in smoe loyalty points at bookmakers @ gave me bonus within 24hrs.

This was caused by the system upgrade and will be fixed shortly. The points will be added from the down time as well.

Today is the second morning in a row that DSI hasn't credited my loyalty points to my account for the bets I made the previous day.

This time, I'm afraid it might not be a technical glitch, and that I might finally be cut off, because I made my first ever request for a payout last week and that might have been the trigger to cut off the loyalty points.

Can someone with a DSI/CRIS/Bookmaker account check and see whether or not they've received their loyalty points for bets made on Sunday and Monday ? Thanks.

Yeah, I recieved my points from yesterday Halifax (I'm at Cris).....I've made literally dozens of payout requests over the years, and have certainly withdrawn more than I've deposited, so I wouldn't think you've been cut off yet.

Perhaps log into Cris using your DSI account details and see if your points have been credited there.....
