I was 1 of 2 best men in a wedding. (2 years ago)
Wasn't weird at all. Just had 2 speeches.
But you still have to pick the 1 guy who stands up top next to you, and next to you at the table when you eat.

Very true.. I'm in a wedding in a couple of months and i am 1 of 2 best men.. I thought it was a little strange, but after this thread, i guess it is a lot more common than i thought..
