Hello, I am a new user in this forum. Today Betroyal has closed my account without no warning. I think because this weekend I have made some money with many bets of little value. Today I am with my account closed, I cannot enter in the Betroyal site with my login and password, and everything without any explanation nor notification of Betroyal. Somebody is in my situation? What I can make to recover my account and my money? Thanks.

Although this establishment is not the safest place to play, to say the least, the procedure would be to contact the book first, whether it be betroyal or Pinnacle. Try to get information from them.

If that doesn't work, send an email stating your problem, with your account info, to Bill at assistance@sportsbookreview.com

Roberto and John, you guys should contact Russ at MW and maybe he can help getting these guys paid since he is saying there must be some sort of scam on the part of these players because none of them have contacted him.

Ok, The problem is that I have made several bets to the same game. But for example, if I bet in a soccer game on 1 and later on X, is bad? I play in Betandwin, unibet, betfair, admiralbet, bet365, redbet, interwetten, gamebookers, expekt, etc. and I always make multitude of bets to many games, sometimes by mistake I bet several times to the same game, and I have never had problems. Ok, they are going to open the account and they warn to me that I try to make a single bet in each game.

oh boy... it's sounding more and more like royal could be a sinking ship. and, at a very rapid pace too. but, veteran posters can't say they weren't warned. it's the newbies that i feel sorry for. if this truely is indeed the case in regards to there closing.

yeah, this is one of the biggest scam books on the net...they are seriously pissing me off...haven't they done enough to be shut down...every day, every week I hear a BS story about these guys...
