How to use virtual **** card in sports book?

Which kind of virtual **** card do you choose to deposit to sportsbooks??
Is it possible the sportsbook reject my withdraw??
How to withdraw? Is it ok to withdraw to my virtual **** card?

if you win $2,000. I think you can ask for a check to be deliver via FedEx or regular mail. Every book is different. Just ask the book you want to play at.

IS it impossible to withdraw money direct to my virtual **** card?
I only use a real **** Card, not virtual. In my case, as long as I have the card registered I don't have a limit on the amount I can withdraw with the card. That is, if my first deposit was with the card.

If the books do withdraws on credit or debit cards then yes you can have withdraws on virtuals too as long as the virtuals except reloads in the form of ***************'s... Some pre paid cards do and therefore can except withdraws on them.... The Wired Plastic I believe is one...
What about virtual CC or prepaid CC?
Whether we can withdraw directly to the card?
