    Default Vip

    Thsi is a book that has dramatically dropped in my opinion.

    Second time this situation happens... request withdrawal, regular mail, takes 2 weeks... ok, i'm not in a hurry.

    2 weeks comes and goes now they tell me, they have to do *************** back to my account.

    Funny thing is the same thing happened in reverse about 2 months ago, do *************** request, after 3 weeks and them canceling it twice, they have to send me a check, which takes 14 days. customer service dept moves like a snail, nobody knows what they are doing.

    All though vip never had the best lines, i had always felt my money was safe and i could get it quickly, i guess those days are gone, time to reduce my outs even more.

    This is an unfortunate all to common occurance at many books currently. We are all painfully aware that the books have processor problems. This is a time that customer service should be at its best. Instead, mangement has lost interest in this area. Very unfortunate for the players and the industry.

    I just got an email saying they are switching processors and can not process withdrawals until May 31st.

    Anyone else receive the same thing?

    I got the message two days ago, and they were nice enough to tell me I was welcome to redeposit my withdrawal request and continue gambling with it.

    I am starting to get nervous with the CS on the online chat for vip.com. THey don't seem to have any consistent information or know what they are talking about. They seem to not be able to identify the latest withdrawal I made, which was Monday.

    I will post conversations shortly, if necessary.

    How is it that all these A books taking weeks for check withdrawls? my last two withdrawls via check with wagerweb took less than 3 business days.

    There is definitely a problem with VIP and I think it all stems
    from the Salt Lake City busts and the processors involved...

    I've collected 5 figures from them in 3 months no problems, now
    ** is done...*************** has restrictions all coinciding with the afore-
    mentioned busts....

    They claim they'll have check by Fedex soon...we'll see, after all
    they're trained to tell you what you want to hear.....

    They told me as well that Fed Ex withdrawals should start again next week, but as others have said customer service is shaky now and its because the people running this place have no idea what they are doing. Time to get the money out of heer

    Just had this talk with the CS dept.:

    You: Checking on the status of my three withdrawal requests.
    Gilbert: One moment please.
    Gilbert: Thank you for your patience.
    Gilbert: Josh, the *************** withdrawal was send out today. The other pending amount will be send out to your checking account as well in the next couple of days. The reason is because our processor is not able to send out check to USA.
    Gilbert: We will delete the pending amount and request *************** withdrawals instead.
    You: Does this include the request from 5/1?
    You: If I understand you, the *************** requested last week was sent today, and the two checks will be refunded and sent by *************** in the next few days?
    Gilbert: No that was send out on the 18th of May.
    Gilbert: You should be receiving that check in the next couple of days.
    Gilbert: No only one check will be cancelled.
    Gilbert: The one of the 1st of May, has been mailed out already.
    You: 10 business days on that check roughly?
    Gilbert: More or less. We hope it goes faster as of now.

    We'll see what happens.

    IMO VIP is a crap book that lowers limits..hates winners...and has started to slow pay. I was asked not to play there after turning 1k into 25k in about 2 weeks. I made a ** deposit and they still asked for all the document BS that some books make you do(which I dont mind for a CC deposit and ***************) but for a **...you have to be joking me. It took 2 weeks and help from another site but I did get my money and was shown the door. This all happened long before the BOS fiasco

    I never had trouble getting paid there--but have not played there in over a year for the reasons stated previous. They will show winners to the door. Similar to 5 Dimes. I was told they didn't want my action, but both places paid me without incident. Funny thing abt VIP. They keep sending me emails encouraging me to use my "VIP" points. At least Tony took me off the email list!!

    I have to admit that it doesnt happen allot. I usually am an all in bettor, I roll the $$ 1k to win 1k (minus the juice) and so forth. Back then their limits were much higher and I got lucky and got on one of those rolls. I remember hitting 2 (4 team parlays) that each paid over 4k...and alot of 2 teamers. It was like a game...I would call in a bet and they would put me on hold and ask the mananger if they would take the bet and they usually did.

    I was at the Wynn this last weekend and cleared 5k in Bacarrat....but I owed them 27k from the last month when I went. I just flew in Friday night (arrived at 11:30 pm) and left back to Houston early Sun monring(left at 6:45 am). I never usually stay for longer than 36hrs when I go to Vegas because I have to get back to work on Monday.

    I'm in the same boat with not getting paid. I requested a payout on 04/29 and have yet to receive anything. I was told a week ago that the $500.00 check was finally sent on May 18th. I have my doubts though since I still haven't received it after 18 days. I also had a $1,000.00 payout requested that they cancelled and put back into my account. They said I could get it via ***************. That money is still showing as pending in my account after a week. All I get is excuses from them.

    So everyone is now having real negative experiences with VIP? Anyone received any payouts over the past two weeks or know any updates? THey emailed all their clients saying they were switching processors but I have no idea what has happened since then. Anyone? Bill?

    I'm Still Waiting...$5500 Check from 5/1 that I was told was sent on 5/8, then again on 5/18. 3 seperate $3000 wire transfers from 5/30, 5/31 and 6/1. And another $10,000 still in the account. I fear they are beginning the trail of lies that other books have been putting us through.

    At least I deposited with my debit & ************....I will have some recourse if they go down in flames.


    It would be great if any of the moderators could help all of us get an update of what is going on over there?

    Waiting 6 business days now for an *************** w/d for $5000. was told yesterday their e-checks are taking 7-10 days to hit, but with all of this talk about people having problems i'm not feeling all warm and fuzzy.

    i agree that hearing from the mods would be welcome.

    I spoke with them on the phone today...At least they were honest....

    The payout CS person I spoke with said it should hit my account in 5-7 days, but "they were still unsure about the timing because of the new processor and they are waiting to hear some customer feedback". At least they emailed their whole customer base to all of us there would be a delay because of the switching of processors.

    I am more convinced they are looking for ways to pay customers, but they have a new processor and there may be a slight learning curve.

    The first withdrawals with the new processor began May 31, so if people requested then, you should be receiving funds by this Friday I would imagine. The new processor is supposed to be faster.

    People should post as they receive their funds.

    since last Wed...never got the e-mail re new processor or the May
    31 date all they said is they would process it on Wed the 30th....
    still waiting.....

    I disagree with your assessment re them finding outs to pay...
    most if not all *************** payouts involve US accounts.....most are
    not going to re up with them because of the constant delays and
    they know that...their priorities are with their non US accounts in
    case you haven't noticed....

    Check your Spam folder, if you have one, for the VIP email. The one I received went directly to the spam folder.

    to buy them a couple, three, four more weeks. After talking to them yesterday, i've just decided to write the money off. I can't believe a word they say anymore. I am in the process of creating multiple blogs and contacting several webmasters I know to get the word out to other players. Deposits at VIP, Nine.com and BetGameDay are not safe. The excuse I like the best is: "Just because the money is still showing in your account doesn't mean it hasn't been sent." This means absolutely nothing. Just because they sent it to a processor doesn't mean it's any closer in getting to you. It means nothing until the processor sends it. Which they may never do. It's just another way that VIP is trying to mislead its players who can't get their money.

    Join me in the fight against this. Post your problems with them at every forum, blog, etc. you go to. Let other people know what's going on. It's the best way we can protect each other from this happening to us.

    might get it....anything above that forget it....

    They told me they have check via Fedex available now...does
    anyone see it on their payout menu?

    This is sadly starting to resemble Cascade's plight...from A rated
    to a D within a month...

    Still waiting for 2 *************** withdrawals requested last Tuesday and Wednesday. Today's story from them.....

    The withdrawal usually takes between 7-10 business days. But we just received notification of some of our players that they got it in 5 business days. So it's a case by case basis. But your withdrawal should not take longer than Monday. It can even hit this week.

    I think your money is safe there, but they may eventually just drop all US customers due to the headaches with processing.

    I know people said the same about Neteller, but I think VIP will not run with your cash.

    Honestly, what do they have to lose?...as I stated previously they know that the US market is done and the few they have will not re-deposit anyways...so they lose a few (non US) just from the negative feedback on these forums, what do they care they just saved tens of thousands of dollars in payouts.....

    If they were open to US business I would concur but once they dumped Canadian and US players the handwriting was on the wall.

    I've been a big optimist and have gotten paid usually on time since the new law but this time
    I think my skepticism re payment is warranted...
