For me as a European Moneybookers actually is easier in use then Neteller.
Moneybookers let you send a payment for only 50 cent per transaction, even if it's a 50.000 euro transaction. Withdrawal from bookies to Moneybookers are always free.
Yes, I have a instant deposit method. Via my "Rabo Direct" from the Rabobank I can deposit immediately from my bankaccount into Moneybookers. This only costs 22 cent. But I don't know if Americans/Canadians also have a direct deposit option there.
