Been waiting 3 hours for a book to book tranfer from Bookmaker (Betcris) to The Greek. Geez, Bookmaker says they sent it and Greek says they never got it? WTF? I know I'm not the only sob to have this happen, so what do I do now?

5 bucks sez the clowns at Bookmaker didn't send it yet. Recently had to call in about 5 times over an 18 hour span to get them to finally credit a book-to-book transfer to my account with them. Unless you luck into the right customer service person who actually knows how to do their job and cares to, it's nothing but

BetCris used to be a great book to book transfer spot.. I no longer use them after they reduced the amount from unlimited to $5000. It used to be done within a hour now they take like 2 days.
I won't play at Cris again
