Good insight, ty. Yeah, I'm used to deal with all of independent contractor stuff as a closing agent, though my nut for that before the recession as much bigger than this would be.
Interested to see which way it goes on the fuel; in the initial car I thought he said no reimbursment but on their paperwork I see something about the average east coast value being added to pay.
He did say something about insurance limits but nothing about it being through them. We'll see how that goes.
