Default SportsInteraction Closed my account....

They said they closed it for excessive winnings! I have been betting with them since 2004 and had lost my fair share of money with them! Recently I went on a nice streak of winnings around 17,000 or so over the last month and a half. They decided to close my account for winning some of my money back! Stay away from this sportsbook as they only want losers to bet with them! I cant upload the chat log as I took a couple of screen shots of the live chat! Absolute crap sportsbook! If you would like to see it email me at michael_rahmann@hotmail.com

Michael,

Any sportsbook can reject a player for any or no reason. Pat yourself on the back for beating them, and move on. As long as they pay you in full, they are within their rights to close your account.

I believe most of that C- rating is due to poor customer service. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

Their payouts, though, are painfully slow sometimes.

Now days not many sportsbooks that will let you take them for five figures betting 500 a game on soft lines. I say that is pretty fair.

Seems to be standard operating procedure, and just something that has to be accepted in this industry. Will Hill, Stan James, 5Dimes, Betongames: I've been tossed by all of them for the same reason. Just the way it is; No hard feelings, just a business decision on their part.....

Sports Interaction always does this at some point if you're winning; they're honest and up front about what they're doing and why. As Justin says, they can kick anyone they want, and I took it as a badge of honor: If you can't get banned from Sports Interaction, you need to get better!

These books dont realize they would get it all back if they left the player keep betting, players lose everything back long term.

SIA is a really solid book. Been playing there for years. The D+ rating is ridiculous in my opinion and is not justified at all. I'll start a thread on this soon....

SIA has made a lot of positive changes. A few years ago (or maybe just 12 months ago), they were hyper-aggressive in their "fraud department". I discussed this problem with management, and haven't had any of these type problems in about a year.

I agree that a "D+" rating seems low.

If they ever let me start betting with them I'd give them an A+. But I'm in the same boat as the OP. I was paid out in full.

Default It's outright discrimination!!!

First off,I like SportsInteraction for alot of reasons including good promos for recreational gamblers and the best golf odds in the business.

Just to be a jerk,I have to add that Sports Interaction is run by Native Canadians-Indians-or aboriginal ----native people ''it's hard being politically correct thinking of all these terms''.They even have the Kawahnakee???so called online gambling commission located on that same reservation on the Quebec-New York border.

It sounds like they conspired to be racist toward you by banning you from playing?I know,I'm being feciscious here playing the devils advocate but if the moccasin was on the other foot where the free men from Idaho-Montana ran a sportsbook and cut minorities off from betting because they were consistent winners, the damn race card would come into play.Isn't a race card something that an off track betting parlor calls a schedule of races at a track for that day?

Default Not everybody who wins lots gets booted from SIA....

In 2002 I made over $450,000.00 that NFL season. Total profit was roughly $300,000.00 CAN and they paid me out, as not once did they screw me over. Last year in week #1 of the NFL I bet $210.00 and won $15750.00 and on another ticket I bet $140.00 and won $10217.31, which both tickets each had 1 last outcome on it for the double header of MNF. I took out 5 cheques and they got to me in like 7-10 days. SIA paid me out and always have. I have made over $750,000.00 with them since 2002. I say maybe about $550,000.00 profit and not once have they tried anything against me to claim my money. So, for those who say they have got screwed over by them then maybe you had 2 accounts or more with them or another person or persons in your dwelling/household also got an account with them and or you tried fraud. I don't know your cases, so I really can't say if you are wrong or right. SIA told me I have won the biggest winner alltime with them and I have won the most on the NFL with them for any one season and lifetime. I opened up an account with them in 2001, but didn't really bet until 2002. SIA has been around since 1997. So since I have won all of this money then why aren't I banned from this sportsbook like many insist if you win a certain amount of dollars then you will get booted? I agree with you BuddyBear, as I feel SIA isn't a D+ rating. They have the easiest layout of any sportsbook out there. They have always paid me, so I will remain with them until something bad happens to me. Which I hope it never does.

There are 2 options here:

1. You're lying.

2. You are betting their off market lines in the wrong direction and have run extremely hot.

Who knows maybe has referred a bunch of friends who are losers or evens their lines out, there are many reasons why they may boot one person and not another, also it sounds like this guy plays lots of 5-8 team parlays which is risky even if somehow they do come through for him sooner or later he will hit a bad stretch

i saw cmmc's website a few years ago. the guy seems legit to me, people do hit these big parlay's from time to time. i just never try, might as well play mega millions or something. he's lucky he hit it back then cause now the exchange rate for USD to CAN is so much less.

Sports Interaction has, by far, the worst software of any book I've ever used, particularly the bet confirmation screen, and they seem to have outages more often than other books as well. They often have weird policies regarding slower payouts. At one point I had a balance in the mid 4 figures and checked out their poker room and played a bit of 3-6 or something similarly low limit, where I won a few bucks. Later that day I tried to withdraw $2500 and was told I had to wait a certain period of time, I believe 4 days, before I could cash out since you can't cash out within 4 days of playing poker, even though my $30 or whatever of poker winnings was far less than the amount of money I was leaving in my account. I suppose that's another weird fraud prevention measure, but any book with such a policy should be rated C- or so, IMO.

CMMCSP is a total clown. He has 4 posts and they are all about SIA and he bumps a year old thread. You have zero chance winning any disputes with SIA. Any time they want to screw you they claim multiple accounts right or wrong and there's nothing that you can do. They could care less about the watchdog sites.
