They have stolen my SBR Live routine and adopted it as their own. There has to be some infringement right violations there. Not even an acknowledgement or compensation at all.

JJ, this Shannon guy "claims" Loshak had this idea back in 2007 when he came on board. While it easy to claim something from the past it is another thing to prove said claims. Kind of like Al Gore claiming he invented the internet. While Loshak may or may not already have had this idea I think legally my concept was out there first in product form. Check with your attourney and see how to proceed.

I would have let it slide but I think I am being presumed gullible here. Kind rubs the rubarb when someone thinks you're a schmuck. Call your guy JJ. You get a cut of the action as a liason.

Onner, don't fall victim to corperate jargin. Ofcourse it wasn't copywrited but it is still easier to prove my idea since it has already produced several videos to the "claims" that Loshak had an idea for this show back in 2007.

Bottom line if you think SBR stole idea from you file a law suite. It won't get very far though, and you will be laughed at and SBR can afford better legal representation than you, and even has a lawyer on their payroll already (justin7).

Come on Shannon, I mean Loshak has a 70's porn star style mustache but he's no Howard Stern in the hair category and while Loshak does play the role of an idiot he can't compete with the likes of Tom Green.

I can't discuss this any further. I think if JJ were to interject he would advise me to just wait until his guy contacts me. I will share use of the term intellectual property though. I like the term and since I looked it up it actually applies here.

Wally, I fully agree that SBR have ripped off your idea and should be made to pay.

There is a fundamental problem though. Whilst your "Peter Loustache" is more realistic and talented than Loshak, it will be tough for you to prove a case involving intelectual property when some people (wrongly, obviously) will assume that your creation is based on the SBR employee.

My advice would be to keep hounding them and arrange an out of court settlement.
