Here's quite an interesting story, Thursday night I decided to give BetRoyal a shot. I spoke with support before depositing to make sure I had everything clear on the bonus terms. Then I deposit $200 and was then told I couldn't recieve a bonus. So I said fine, I'll just take my business elsewhere. I called up their support and spoke with the manager about getting my money back to my Neteller account. He told me that I would have to send in verification documents and wait 10 business days before I would recieve my cashout. I disagreed with this and we argued back and forth for a bit, until I finally gave in and sent him my forms.
We'll not being real happy about this and making a rash decision I wrote "go f*** yourselves", in the body of the email I sent them with my forms. Now I'll be the first one to admit that this was in bad taste, and I should not have done that, but what happened next is just plain unexcusable.
About 10 minutes later I recieved a phone call from the manager that I spoke with earlier, when I picked up the phone he said, "go f*** myself, go f*** myself? No f*** you! We are coming after you!" I immediatly hung up the phone. Not 5 minutes later I get another call from the same number. This time he says, "We will not stop coming after you, we have people in your area that are coming to find you." Again I hung up on them.
So the next day I called back thier CS number and asked to speak with a manager again. I explained to him what had happened and told him that I wouldnt post anything on the forums until his investigation was complete.
Well today he called me back and told me that no action was going to be taken because it was my fault and I had originally started it. It's my fault that I recieved threatening phone calls!
I'm not one to come and slander casinos on the forums, but what kind of casino will defend thier employees that make threatening phone calls to customers? My advice to you is to stay far, far away from BetRoyal.

Gee, these Bet Royal stories just keep getting better and better. Players need to stick to books rated B+ or higher by SBR. They'll never get burned that way and they won't have to deal with all this bullsh*t from places like Bet Royal, Sportsbook.com, or Players Time.

I had the same thing happen to me when I had a tussle over the phone with this asshole @ ESB named James, he said he had people in Miami that would do his dirty work. I told him to bring it on him and all his fagot's . Its amazing that these cats owe you and instead of kissing your ass they threaten you.

my big question is how do people find a sportsbook and just go with it without looking it up.. like i found out about sportsbookreview.com and everything and i dont even use a sportsbook yet.. but i know if i do i will use VIPSports or if i did big wagers id use pinnacle (both a+ reviews)

your right but see I had these guys for six years and although most times I lost when I'd win they paid, slow but paid. I didn't find SBR till 2 years ago I hit these bastards hard and after they paid a few times the trouble started. Thats when I did my search and found out about Bill Dozer and Sbr along with OSGA although I dont even visit there web page anymore SBR is the top dog when it comes to helping the gamming public.

With the higfh balances involved ... $13k, $20k, etc ... its only a matter of time before punters start getting whacked.

Thats why its important not to leave big balances in your accounts ... makes it less profitable for them to rub you out.
