I change mine 1x per month mainly because it is easy with pre paid cell cards/phones. I do it for business reasons and I would think guys like Ganch do the same.

I change mine every 3 months and have been doing it for the past 5 years or so. I just get sick of certain people having my number so I change it. I always like when its changes its a fresh start haha
