Remember the national pastime in Cuba is sex, baseball is a distant second.

Thats a technicality thats easily avoided. Fly to Cuba from Canada. The Cubans welcome American tourists.
Remember, wagering with offshore books is supposed to be illegal for Americans too.

I've met a few Americans in Cuba, they fly from Canada or Mexico to Cuba, the Cubans won't stamp your passport and when you return to the US you're returning from Canada or Mexico. Montreal isn't that far from you.
