I would like information to start my own sublicensed sportsbook.

This website is very informative and I will use this as one of my guides for selecting a Sportsbook.

I am also interested in online poker.

What is the upfront costs and %s of return for either. Is it a onetime charge or a yearly charge. Also any special promotions or affiliate programs. The more information the better.

Find a bookmaker who operates the way you want to operate and ask them if you can market a site like theirs that they will back financially. Subbing on someone else's stuff will toss you to the sharks and give you zero control.

Since this is a player's forum, you will not have very much luck getting information. Players are not thrilled to see someone without any experience looking to toss a new book at them.
