    Default neteller question

    Hello Everybody,

I am from spain and I have a neteller account. I tried to withdraw all my money in dollars but neteller tells me that the transfer must be made in euros.

So my question is: there's any secondary way to withdraw your money through another neteller's member? I want to keep my money in dollars because otherwise I would be very damaged from the currency's exchange rate.

Thank you in advance and I hope to receive your answears regarding this subject.

I know neteller stopped allowing member to member transfers -- atleast those involving members from the US -- I don't know if that applied to all members.

I also know, once you've picked a currency they won't let you change it.

My guess is that you are screwed with taking the exchange hit. But, I suppose that's better than the US players that haven't gotten anything yet.

Is your neteller account in US$ or euros. If it's in US$ ask for a check to be sent to you. It will be sent in the currency of your account. Mine always has been.

You can change your neteller currency as well, but in involves closing your existing account and opening a new one. Also your existing e mail and bank info can not be used for the new account.
