well, i beleive SBR was right about jonwoodgaming. i'm afraid that jonwoodgaming is a scam operation.

i have just chatted with a jonwoodgaming agent and they are giving me excuses for not paying me. they said that i am not the only one who haven't receive the winnings.

now i'm wondering how a company can still be in operation, in business if there aren't paying their customers?

i did not deposit there because i am too scared of their actual rating. and i don't want to give them my personal bank informations. rather i won some money in a private poker freeroll tournament. i'm that idiot to deposit my own cash to
-D rated book, a sportsbook that i think is listed in the black list.

betcris, willhill and ladbrokes are the site that i deposit my own money, because i know (or at least, i feel) they're safe and would never cheat on me.

how come you're not using pinnacle? i fyou have account with ladbrokes, pinnacle will take you as a customer too....let me clarify that...cris, willhill and ladbrokes all have non-us polices.

I have no problem with that at all. I pay all players and I am not sure why customer support is giving him these troubles. I am more concerned with him being paid then our rating here as it is already low and we will not be attracting players from here. I just want all of our players to be paid in a timely fashion because you can't compete in this industry without repeat customers.

We purchased our software from Future Bet. The reason we are ranked low is because of that. I know this as that is what I was told by SBR when I asked them about our level. I am a player myself and I got into this to provide better service to players. That is why they can contact me directly if they have issues.

I appreciate what this forum does for it's players. I just find it a touch unfair that we have paid every player and are a d - but that is the way it goes and in time this will improve.

I merged the two JonWood threads guys.

I'm sure if JWGaming does a good job taking care of their players the rating will improve. New books and small books have a lot to prove. The failure rate for new books is very high, information and player feedback is low. There is not much we can do with the rating until there is a track record.

i just checked out jonwoodgaming site out of curiosity. 50% bonus on first deposit. that seems like a red flag to me. i think they're ranked d- for a reason.

sorry for the delay of my response. I wasn't at SBR forum until now. First of all, i want to apologise to mister Jon Wood
for the troubles. If i was posting my current jonwoodgaming situation publicly on the forum it was because i was sure that i was getting stiffed ( just to mention I still didn't receive my winnings). Now I feel i have probably over reacted because of my conversations with the jonwoodgaming agents. I will tell you the truth, i've done a search on google about jonwoodgaming.com and i haven't found a real complaint about jonwoodgaming.com. I've done another search about jonwoodgaming.com, this time i wanted to know the opinion of every sportsbooks review sites about jonwoodgaming.com. and i swear to god that every gambling review sites said all the same thing, and it's not good at all. This is the reason why i was panicing so much and that's why i let the whole forum knows about my situation with jonwoodgaming.com.
I want to mention that i trust sportsbookreview.com as no other sportsbook review site. For me, sportsbookreview.com is the best sportsbook review on the internet and i beleive in their ratings.

Now that Mr. Jon Wood has personally responded to my concern in this thread, i feel a little bit secure. I think after the response of Mister Jon wood, i will receive my winnings.

Hi Jon,

White Labels from turnkey providers that don't stand for the money are going to be rated lower than other books with the same time online and likely lower than their host provider. The way JonWood suddenly left IGS illustrates what often happens. Futurebet software is pretty decent. Relying on a no-pay company to process payouts and keep your site running is the biggest negative. Having a year under your belt, using your own accounting services, and taking proactive approach like you have here will help JonWood get past SportsbookUSA.

Hello, first off framboise your withdrawal is being processed and you should receive your withdrawal very shortly. I am told it will be today. I will email you as soon as I receive confirmation that it is sent.

Mr Dozer, I appreciate your comments and have no problems with your system with the one exception that many of the players do not realize why sites are ranked so low. For an example a clean site like mine is ranked as is without ever missing a withdrawal. Also sites as mine do not receive any credit for covering player balances when something happens like what did with interactive gaming most companies would have just folded and not stood behind their players. I do have a suggestion that could maybe help is if you had a page on the site that would list our site or each site and have a contact that way if a player is having an issue they could contact us before they begin to react. I know casinomeister does this.

Anyway thank you all for your time. I hope that my comments about SBR do not come off as negative. I think your company provides a valuable resource to the gaming community.

I look forward to having this issue resolved so we can move on.

I think we do have that for most books but only for SBR International users. Your info should come up with a click in either the rating guide or the search function. You can PM Bill to add that for your book if it is missing.
