    Default Best website/book to learn to count cards

    I've decided to try and take a serious go at this. Anybody point me in the right direction?

    there is 3 or 4 different ways to count, google it and pick one. Then you better grab a few decks and practice many many hours before trying it live.

    site - check out crazyhermit.com. It has a program you can download to practice.

    Bet book: I'd go with professional blackjack by Stanford Wong. Might be better books out there, but that is a great starting point.

    The easiest count I've seen that is reasonably powerful is KO.

    Also, one of the ugliest websites ever.

    Jeff counting cards is very hard and not to say you're not intelligent or gifted enough, I think it would be a waste of time. Even if you were able to do this, it would just be a matter of time before you get 86'd by casinos and be blacklisted.


    Play poker jeff. Don't play your cards. Play the situation. Play your opponent's tendacies and get inside of each mans head and figure out what they are thinking and why they are making such decisions. Figure out which players are playing level 1 thinking abc poker, and figure out which players are more complex and are capable of making moves with air. Adapt to how they play and exploit it.
