absolute poker payout problem
I have read this site for a couple years, and i know you guys will telll me to take this to POKER ROOM REVIEW, but i emailed them , and nothing yet! I made a withdrawl from Absolute on last wed through their *************** method, then on monday when it wasnt in my acct went on the chat and they said " uh our proccesor isnt working so we sent it out express mail" never emailed me or anything, so I said ok. They said I will have it thursday the 10 no matter what, but they didn't have a tracking number to give me, I asked fed ex they said yes today they say " uh it was ups" then the next guy says "usps" postal mail will be there no later then friday! Am i going to get screwed over guys?

It sounds like the left hand not talking to the right. I would suggest checking with them on Monday if it's a no-show. Posters here are used to ***************'s getting canceled by sportsbooks. Most stuff comes by check and 2 weeks is pretty common.

thanks for the reply Bill, i got screwed for a while by WSEX, and Sportsbook.com, with the same lines earlier this year, thats why i was getting worried

Absolute is solid.
I have gotten 3 or 4 checks in the last 6 months. The CS people seem a little clueless but I wouldn't sweat it.

I can see a lot of people get dicked over by sportsbook.com
but can you please explain your situation with WSEX?
I thought WSEX were rock solid?

Just use ePassporte... I never have problems cashing out with them. Usually takes couple days to get to your ePassporte account. GL

Keep us posted John. We haven't heard about any widespread issues with Absolute. Hopefully you are just looking at a redirected payment.

Cashed out using ePassporte on Wednesday, received it on Friday. Absolute poker is a solid site. I've been playing with them for couple years now. No need to panic.

got the money on sat! Still didn't like the runaround they gave me, but at least it's here. You would think with all the problems offshore them would up their cust service since they know they are the link to the cust feeling secure.

Ok, got the payout by ** as they said I would, becasue of the overdraft fee's they caused they gave me a free buy in to the 150,000 dollar tourney on Sat! I think that was fair , and kind of them. I hope all of these sights would just get these problems fixed with the payouts!

You're lucky you got paid. I have been waiting for 33 days. They used the same excuse "we had a problem with our processor". They did not bother informing me of the problem until I inquired about the delay twice. Nor did they explain what the "problem" was. Each time I talk to AP they offer a completely different excuse and a further wait. I do not understand why it takes 12 business days to process and send a wire. If you want to deposit money on AP you can call and talk to a person on the phone, however, if you are inquiring about a payout you have to email or use the live help chat option. Their custom service is horrible and their payout process is worst. I would never play on this site again and would not recommend it to any player that wins and expects to get paid.
