    Had the same goal, 5,000 by year-end or sooner. I got to around 450 at one point, then two members stiffed me. Then I lost my head and took a big loan to place an NBA bet (f\*\*k the Suns) - and you know the drill. Now I'm about 400 under the ground. And just discovered another member stiffed me =/.

    Enter all the contests. very small amount of points to win a big amount. You're not trying to beat the book just other dumbasses who can't pick. There's a minimum amount you have to pick so you can play all those games you don't have the balls to wager all your book points on. I entered a couple contests when I first started & got 600 points very quickly.

    Good work Slicker. I have 2300 in the SB and about 400 out on loans. Try writing a blog, they help the points roll grow like water to a weed.
