Default wtf is wrong with bookmaker/betcris

yah I know I know I shoulda never used them after my last problems but last year I had to open a new account for the BTP contest and they are hammering me again. 2 days ago they suspend my account for $900 in chargeoffs. Huh? They tell me they will not release any of the money in my account until I pay that off plus a fee which puts it over 1k. Never mind I have made about a dozen deposits in the last 3 months with no problems for well over that amount. I ask these idiots when the chargeoff was and she states over 6 MONTHS AGO. They are just now getting notice of it? Are they ****ing kidding me. She then states with this nasty tone that consumers have up to a year to chargeoff an account. ok I can see that so I figure well according to them that means it takes roughly 90 days tops to complete a chargeoff so that would be recent. ohhhh noooo. 6 months ago. These clowns are ridiculous. I know they did not because I had nice money on GS at +1000 and hey americans are not suppose to be betting anyway so we can steal all we want and there is nothing they can do.
No SBR I do not need help on this one. They want chargeoffs they will get a chargeoff and can suck me. I am soo glad these retards are not in the BTP contest next year. **** off betcris.

most if not all sportsbook have went to hell on some level

some worse than others...instead of coming up with new ways to move money they are focusing on new ways to **** over their players with fees, etc...

obviously not a good business model and extremely shortsighted

they are getting what they can before the lights go out

I say **** THEM instead I ain't gonna be their bitch

I'm sure some might regard my response as one based solely on having a vested interest in this industry, which in fact I do ... that's cool. However, if anyone really believes that "most if not all sportsbooks" are "focusing on ways to **** over their players" instead of finding long term solutions to the current industry-wide financing problems, then I'd suggest that they themselves might be underestimating the intelligence and business savvy of most sportsbook operators.

In all reality, this is a very new and extremely volatile industry. We'll most likely continue to see serious mistakes and "growing pains" as the industry evolves. But I wouldn't worry too much about the "lights go[ing] out" any time soon.

well there are definitely some growing pains going on at the moment

some books only have very small pains at the moment while others need serious meds

when people smell crap though they need to speak up so nobody steps in it

i am not underestimating the intentions of the sportsbooks but i am unimpressed and disappointed with the results so far during this transition period. obviously it is very complex but people don't wanna hear that, they just want solutions and if they are not provided no matter the intelligence and savvy of the bookmaker then they are failing

i'm not saying the industry is on it's deathbed but it's fallen. let's see if it can get up

I'm presuming that a chargeoff is where you made a deposit which was subsequently canceled or didn't go through for some reason by the bank/CC/whoever? If that's the case then, although the timeframe isn't preferable, the fact is that it happened and it is not the fault of BetCris.

If you owe them money, pay it. If you pay what is owed promptly and then they dick you about on any pending futures then that's the time to have a go at them for "stealing what they want".

There was no chargeback. Do you think I would chargeback and then continue to make deposits over the last 6 months? I think not. They are either making it up or have applied it to the wrong account. The lady on the other line was a total biatch. I could hear the smirk in her voice. It also does not take 6 months to chargeback a cc so I know they are making it up.

Picantel, if no chargebacks, why don't you use SBR to get this sorted out and your money back?

Actually doing chargebacks at this point, puts you at risk of getting kicked out of a lot of other books in the future. Two wrongs in the situation won't do anyone, any good.

    Picantel-

Why do you not try and solve the problem with them before going through the process with your Debti Card that takes two months. The SBR guys could help you solve it in a week?

I have been using bookmaker for a while and never had any issues?
