    I don't understand why all the books are having problem paying their clients, when they don't have problem collecting deposits!
    currently, i'm playing at usdbet and they seem to have 0% problem with withdrawals.

    You have that wrong. They allow 0 withdraws. Deposit are fine. Just no withdraws.
