They suspended my account for the SECOND TIME in two weeks saying the processor took the money back from them and they have not collected it yet.. I don't believe them at all... Bill what is your email address I think I will need your help on this one... I might be done with Wagerstreet because they are not who I thought they were and their management can only be reached through email... GARBAGE!!!!
Wagerstreet is fine, you must be doing something wrong or a processor screwing up, easy to get them. I just call and get someone easy. I rarely hear complaints about them.
I'm looking into it and it MIGHT be my error in how I sent it but my account is no longer suspended and the manager as well as Bill are working to get it straight for me... Bill did tell me they are quality but we'll see and if it was my error I will certainly say so... I don't like their limits but their software is nice and fast so hopefully this all works out...
Just to update everyone... It actually was neither mine nor Wagerstreet's error... One of the agents at solidpay must have entered the account number one letter off but it has been cleared up... Just wanted to update... Maybe she's one of JJ's agents who is worried about getting laid... HA!
