So I got an email last night from BetJamaica saying that they value me as a customer and that they had credited my account with a $25 free play. So I logged on today and there was no free play at all...I emailed CS and I have gotten no answer. Is this some joke? Anyone run into the same thing?

The way it works they take your last 100 bets and average them out...they then issue you a free play... But you have to contact CS and ask... I do it from live chat whenever I feel i have hit another 100...

By the way I have only deposited once ever...never had to reload...

its shocking to say the least as they have done it every year as far back as i can remember
they used to give you up to $200 based on your average wager in december, then cut it back to $25 flat last year
