Diamond (rating C for this) has had some poor showings with me recently. I have had it happen a few times where I e-mailed them a question and they have sent me an acknowledgement right away saying that they received my question and a full answer would be forthcoming.

But I never got anything and ended up having to phone them. I don't mind using the phone but I'm just saying.

It's good to keep testing books, even ones people are assume are solid. You often see a big decline in customer service before other problems.

Yeah, when customer service isn't all that happening, you have to figure it might run a liitle deeper.

We are going to keep these going regularly. A lot of books have downsized CS due to the lower volume across the board...it's a good time to put them to the test. Low scorers will have a chance to redeem themselves.

Those are some really poor showings.

Keep in mind this is just one test. More like a pop quiz.

I will say that players are in no way getting the kind of service they received pre Oct 13 (passing of the anti-gaming law in the US). That's really a shame too because this is the time players need more service.

Having read the comments on the link above, I think Luke Hassler has got some deep pockets!!!!!! I would also say that Luke Hassler might have a bit of a gambling problem if he is making bets at the office during the day. It actually sounds familiar to me.

I'd like to be rollin' with Luke Hassler in Vegas. He sounds like he could pay for a posse for the kind of jack he is throwin around.

I know your joking John. However you gotta be professional with these, otherwise who's gonna take them seriously.
