Default No sportsbook has become the Wal Mart of sports betting.

There are good sportsbooks and bad sportsbooks but none have taken the Wal Mart approach to advertising and promoting themselves.By that I mean, cut out all bonuses and comps and affiliation rewards and go with 4%juice,extremely fast payouts either by snail mail check for free or high roller withdrawals for free by Fed ex.Even make the website no frills where it's just the basic lines. No poker room or casino affiliates,no nudie girl advertising flyers in the mail or ads in magazines etc.Just word of mouth that you get the lowest juice and best odds and best customer service and fast payouts.Hmmmm, remember when Golden Palace Casino was buying every bizarre e-bay item under the living sun like Virgin Mary grilled cheese sandwiches for ??????thousand bucks etc.Would you want to play at a casino that needs to collect juice-takeout% from gamblers to pay for that crap?

I know Wal Mart has it's critics but you can't knock their business model and I think it would translate well into sportsbook operations. You could call the place Bet Mart but I'm sure Wal Mart would come down on you like a ton of bricks with their legal team for doing that.hehe!

Would they have under-aged customer service reps for them and forced to work overtime??

I always get a kick out of the Wal Mart bashers especially the union people.Sure,I wouldn't want to work at Wal Mart being an associate wage slave but at most retail you are a wage slave that sells the same cheap Chinese made goods and no one condemns the other retailers.Hell,Kmart pulled off one of the biggest heists of all time when they left the shareholders high and dry after their slight of hand reorganization. At all retailers a person has to kiss butt, work like a dedicated slave and show up everyday for years and you get advanced.Do you ever notice how everyone these days is an assistant manager.hehe!Hell, give a guy a title and instead of making $12 an hour he will work for $9.In truth though most of the high wage earners at Wal Mart in corporate management started from the ground floor and many don't have big fancy college degrees.

What really steams me though are the democrat ''socialist''politicians who ban Wal Mart from coming to a town. These same socialists give tax payer dollars to companies, retailers and pro sports team owners as well as getting thriving residential and retail property owners ousted from their land under eminent domain to make way for the people the government is helping get into business.

How can these hypocrites look at themselves in the mirror?????

I agree. Pinnacle was well on their way. Bodog is in a good spot with the chasers being TheGreek, Bookmaker and WSEX. Bodog's global branding effort makes it theirs to lose.

Bodog bears absolutely zero resemblance to Wal-Mart.
