That's funny, that's when I always go to Vegas too... well, I'm usually there right when the sweet sixteen gets going... the weather is great once it gets to late March.
Anyway, are you going to gamble? A lot? If so, you will get taken care of -- make sure you get a Player's Card so that they see how you gamble by keeping track... and then you keep checking with the host or with VIP services to see what they can do for you or take off your bill...
E.g., I stay at the Mandalay Bay every year, which is a friggin' awesome hotel, and I get at least two nights comped plus a couple more nights at very cheap casino rates of like $79 a night. I am a complete pauper, but I gamble like a high roller and they love that.

(I usually win, however, or break even, which they don't love.)
If you don't gamble much, or gamble $5 at a time, none of the above applies.
