Jazette Enterprises Limited UPDATE
Not sure who has heard or if anyone has but as of May 1st 2007 Jazette sites will no longer offer live chat or email support between the hours of 9PM EST and 4am EST.
All your going to get is a Costa Rican who can barley speak English on the phone during these hours.
I know this as im one of the employees being let go after being for only a few horrible months.
For those that dont know Jazette are sportsbook.com, playersonly.com superbook.com etc etc

Whenever I used to call them when they were sportingbetplc last year it seemed like they had customer service that couldn't speak English who really had a hard time comprehending account information etc.but through it all I never got stiffed by them and they always came through with great comps and promotions.

So what is really going on at sportsbook.com? Some guys have been waiting along time for big money. I am waiting on 3 small checks. I also wager with Carib, never had an issue there. Let us know the inside scoop. Thanks

Its the night support staff from the Dublin office where emails and live support are done. 17 people altogether i think but a good few have left off other shifts as the job is crap now.

3/19/07-3/21/07 update. NOTHING FROM SPORTSBOOK.COM YET. THEY SAID 3 WEEKS AGO THAT THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT. I CALLED TODAY AND THEY ARE STILL LOOKING INTO IT. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LOOK INTO A WIRE THAT WAS SENT 45 DAYS AGO?

I have made a few withdrawals. So far they have sent a smaller amount but continue to hold on to a larger amount. Stay away from these guys!!!! I will post if/when I ever see my money. If someone knows where these guys are physically located (address please), please let me know. Not the CS reps. I want to know where to go for management/owners. I have all the time in the world.
