The D- reflects a high risk book that is in sloooow-pay mode but is paying. Each of the 20 or so players who have complained this year have eventually received their money. Hopefully it will be 22 after next week.

Bill, how do these people find you to chase up the slow-pays? Do they sign up independantly from SBR and then find you later on as a "sportsbook watchdog"?

Surely they don't knowingly sign-up to a D- at SBR and then ask you to help them get paid.

Taco,

Most find us when they need help. A few ask for help after getting stuck in a book they knew might slow-pay... but think they eventually will be paid. We get a a few from Sportingbet books every month and some of those players admit to knowing better but still ask us to knock their payouts loose. They are often credit card users and/or impulse gamblers.

I just spoke to Michelle at Futurebet who is guaranteeing our two forum posters will receive a payment by the end of the week. History suggests that these payments will be made but it is likely we will have to chase the subsequent payments. This sportsbook is obviously taking care of the squeakiest wheels first.

Good job Bill. This book complained they were rated too low. We would love nothing more to be able to upgrade them. We would love nothing more than they pay their players on time so they do not need to write us. Rated too low? No. But if you pay on time everytime we can always revisit the rating.

Futurebet is consistantly 1 to 2 mos behind. These guys don't help themselves by stamping "neteller payouts within 24 to 48 hours" on each and every one of their sites. :cigar:

They have some good people on staff. They are probably one of those operations that really do have a chance to pull it together but have a long way to go.
